Mongoose Research, Inc. (“Mongoose”, “we”, “our”)  values the privacy of our website visitors and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website, as well as that provided by your associated institution or organization (“Partner”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information — as well as the choices you have about how we use your information.

This policy applies to our websites, including information gathered via those sites, as well as information gathered offline, provided by Partners, or collected through the use of our products/services.

This policy does not pertain to the usage of our products and services, or any information provided/processed related to students and other contacts that interact with chat, text, or other functionality provided by our products and services.

California residents have the following privacy rights based on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding the data we collect:

  • The right to request the deletion of Personal Information
  • The right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information

Mongoose takes data security and privacy seriously. We apply technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect the data we collect against accidental or unlawful destruction and loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against other unlawful forms of processing.

International Users

Our product and services  are operated in the United States, and they are intended only for U.S.-located users. If you access the Site or our services from outside of the Us please be aware that THE information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Your usage of our services and/or submission of information on our site acknowledges that you fully understand this transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the US.
