All of Cadence’s hosted services and applications have redundancy, both within their primary region and across multiple regions.

We take data security extremely seriously, and your organization’s data--as well as your access to that data--is protected within our security framework when you use Cadence.
Additionally, our database and application is stored across multiple regions in the unlikely need for disaster recovery.
As a reminder, you can access Cadence using the following steps:
- Navigate to sms.mongooseresearch.com.
- Enter in your email address.
- If your school has single sign-on (SSO) configured, you will be redirected to your institution's identity provider page to enter in your institution-issued credentials. If you do not have SSO, you will be asked to enter in your Cadence account password.
Remember that in addition to web access, we also have a free mobile app available to all Cadence users. Download the app for Android or Apple devices and stay connected to your contacts no matter where you are.
