Lena Militello named Mongoose Client Success Operations Coordinator

lena-headshotWe are happy to announce the newest member of our Mongoose team. Lena Militello joins us as our Client Success Operations Coordinator.

A University at Buffalo alum with five years of higher education experience in Admissions and Academic Advisement, Lena will help our clients reach new levels of engagement with their constituents. During her time working at Medaille College, texting in Cadence played a major role in helping her identify the need for a strong communication strategy when working with non-traditional and underrepresented students.

If you are a Mongoose client and Cadence user, you’ve no doubt experienced the “Client Love,” and Lena is already hard at work ensuring our client support continues to be unmatched in the industry.
