FTP

Our FTP integration is secure (requiring either SFTP or FTPS) and bi-directional, allowing for a fully automated exchange of contact and message data. Cadence provides the tools for defining custom file formats, reviewing and monitoring data transfers, and scheduling the automatic exchange of contact data, message activity, opt-out, and delivery performance files with your server.

Simple File Exchange

Our manual, file-based approach to integration is the easiest way to get started and supports the same dataset as the more automated approaches. Comma or tab delimited data can be uploaded (or even copy/pasted) via our secure web application, where it is validated and processed immediately. Message activity, opt-out data, and delivery performance files are all available for export on demand.

API

Our API allows for the most automated and customizable integration available, but requires a slightly more advanced implementation. Our secure, industry-standard JSON-based web services offer a range of methods, allowing for the manipulation of contacts, extract of message related data, and the ability to trigger or schedule messaging campaigns. Webhooks are provided to allow you to receive message activity, opt-out updates, and delivery performance data in real-time.

I have absolutely loved the efficiency that Cadence has brought to our team when it comes to texting! We are able to track texting easier and messages integrate into the Slate timeline so other staff can see the conversations if they get an inbound call and I am not here.
