High Performer to Leader: Mongoose earns top ranks in G2 Winter 2023 Reports

In Mongoose’s second review cycle with G2, the company's engagement platform Cadence has achieved a position of Leader for SMS Marketing in the G2 Winter 2023 Grid® Reports. 

Overall, Mongoose is featured in 20 reports and received 8 badges in the Proactive Notification Software and SMS Marketing categories. Mongoose Cadence moved up in rankings for 10 reports for the Fall 2022 Reports, and was included in 8 new reports for this cycle. 

Badges include the two leader badges, as well as others for Best Support, High Performer for Enterprise and Mid-Market, and more. 

Rankings from current users put Cadence above average for their respective categories in ease of use (9.4), quality of support (9.5), and ease of set-up (9.4).

Mongoose quickly rose to the Leader quadrant on G2 thanks to reviews from the 750+ institutions they partner with. Reviews include praise for the company’s customer service and support, essential texting features, and efficient onboarding experience.
